Fujifilm added yet another fast prime lens to its already-extensive arsenal of X Series lenses with the debut of the XF 33mm F1.4 R LM WR.However, those familiar with Fuji's X-mount lineup will
The XF 50mm f/2 might actually be sharper, but that's irrelevant to a portrait. There is no doubt the Sigma 56mm has a smoother bokeh and fall-off, so it's the better portrait lens. Even at an equivalent aperture. The XF 50mm is not meant to be a portrait lens--that's why the XF 56mm f/1.2 exists. The XF 50mm will focus faster, since it's X-T1 + XF16-55mmF2.8 R LM WR @ 20.6mm, ISO 200, 1/210, f/5.6. At 655 grams, the XF 16-55mm f/2.8 is a heavy lens. When mounted on the Fuji X-T1 camera body, it certainly makes the setup quite front-heavy. To balance the lens a little better, I mounted the VG-XT1 battery grip on the X-T1. It certainly did make a difference, but it made it feel Coming to you from Christopher Frost, this great video review takes a look at the Fuji XF 16mm f/1.4 R WR lens. The 16mm f/1.4 features a 24mm-equivalent focal length, making it useful for a range

Fuji X-T2 with XF60mmF2.4 R Macro, ISO 1000, Focal length 60mm, Aperture f/2.8, Shutter 1/125 Pricing For some, the XF100-400 is an elusive lens largely because of the unpalatable price, for others, it may just be elusive because Fujifilm picked the longest name in history, and people can't remember what it is when they go to camera stores.
Summary. Fujifilm's XF 50-140mm f2.8 is a bright telephoto zoom for its X-mount mirrorless cameras, upon which it delivers a popular 75-210mm equivalent range with a constant f2.8 focal ratio that's ideal for close-range sports, action and wildlife shooting. It's also a flexible range for portrait work with flattened perspective and shallow

The weather sealed metal body of the Fujifilm XF 35mm f/2 houses 9 optical elements in 6 groups, and has 9 rounded diaphragm blades that produce a very pleasing bokeh. The maximum aperture of the lens is f/2 which is fast, but not quite as fast as I’d like. The speed of the Fuji 35mm f1.4 in certain shooting situations would be much nicer. I like it, as it keeps the overall lens size to a minimum and does a good job of protecting the front element. You may also consider the Fujifilm LH-XF35-2 lens hood which is aesthetically quite pleasing on the XF 23mm f/2 R WR. The XF 23mm f/2 R WR has an inner focus AF system that is silent and fast.
Fujifilm has announced a new weather-resistant prime: the Fujinon XF 50mm F2 R WR. It sits alongside the XF 35mm F2 and 23mm F2 as another compact, lightweight yet sturdy lens for the X-system. Offering dust and water resistance, the 50mm F2 is freezeproof to 14°F/-10°C. On Fujifilm's APS-C cameras the 50mm F2 offers a 76mm equivalent view.
Back in 2018 I needed a slight telephoto lens. This was when I started photographing MMA fights from ringside for Cage Warriors and BAMMA. It was just mere months before the Fujifilm 50mm f2 was available and the Fujifilm 50-140mm f2.8 or the 16-55mm f2.8 didn’t come into question at the time because of the f-stop. The Fujifilm XF 33mm F1.4 R LM WR is a fast standard prime lens that's equivalent to 50mm when mounted on an X-series body. It features 15 elements, including both aspherical and 'ED" elements. Its linear motor drives the focus group quickly and quietly. The lens has a minimum focus distance of 30cm (11.8") and a max magnification of 0.15x.
Conclusion. The Fujifilm XF 30mm f/2.8 R LM WR Macro lens is an exceptional choice for macro photography, which also fills a gap in Fuji's macro and focal range, with its larger and more expensive
The APD lens does not use phase-detect AF, which is a detriment in low lighting and it also costs $500 more than the regular version. This review only discusses the Fujifilm’s XF 56mm f/1.2 R lens. The XF 56mm f/1.2 R is solidly built and felt great attached to my Fuji X-T2. It is super sharp, even wide open, and exhibits beautifully dreamy bokeh
The AF is fast, in fact only second to the small 50mm lens, and it’s the most affordable to buy. I have no doubt it’s going to be popular.
